Both of my tonsils are always swelling but one of them is bigger than the other why would that be?

Tonsollith: You could have a tonsollith (tonsil stone) obstructing one of your tonsils that's causing it to swell larger than the other. Do you have chronic bad breath or little white spots in your tonsils? Might be able to take a tongue depressor or popsicle stick and milk them out of your tonsils.
