Pregnant again?: sometimes spotting is very early pregnant do urine test asap and even blood HCG level If pregnant , may be we can give you meds to prevent miscarriage again pelvic pain and pregnant ALWAYS need to be sure no ectopic color of spotting not so important strong odor urine is related to dehydration or certain kinds of food usually no medical significance good luck
