Need an evaluation : If both tubes were completely removed there is a small risk that the blood supply to your ovaries may have been affected and that your ovarian hormonal functions have been altered. Several months of "secondary amenorrhea" at age 24 may be transient and may resolve spontaneously but may deserve a clinical evaluation (?VMS) and blood tests (FSH, LH, E) to diagnose/treat "premature ovarian failure".
