Unlikely pregnant: However...Pregnancy happens!depending on what procedure was done for your tubes, its possible, but rare, for a communication to recur and for a pregnancy to occur. Sometimes this can be a tubal pregnancy. But, most likely something else is causing your period to be irregular. Stress, illness, medical conditions, exercise, starvation, thyroid disease, medications, etc can cause it.F/u if continues.

Fatigue: Your primary care doctor can see you about your feelings of tiredness. A fatigue workup can be done. Tubal ligation is not related to this and does not affect periods. If you are not satisfied with your periods then birth control methods can be used for cycle regulation
