Not pregnant: If you had your tubes completely removed it is highly unlikely but not impossible that you are pregnant. There are many more likely possibilities including annovulation due to stress, exercise, diet or weight changes, thyroid disease, and insulin resistance/prediabetes. You need to see your doctor to help have this sorted out. Good luck.
