Sinus Xray: If the tumor was large enough, maybe, but in general, sinus xrays are not very useful to evaluate for a nasopharyngeal tumor. Direct visualization or cross sectional imaging with CT or MRI would be much better.

It may or may not: The best way to check the Nasopharynx is through a physical examination by a ENT doctor. They can look inside with light and biopsy any suspected area. The tumor can be easily verified with a CT scan or MRI of the Nasopharynx.
