Cavernous sinus shows mildly higher signal on right side as compared to left on t2w.it appers slightly more bulky on right side as comparecd on left with evidence of enhancement which is continuous along the right clivus .is it tumor? compression no?

Am confused as to why you underwent imaging of cavernous sinus at age 20. Do you possess chronic sinusitis, or have you encountered facial trauma.
