Not "great": but a LOT BETTER than it was just 5 years ago! NEW medications which relieve the "load" on the heart and increase its STRENGTH are now commonly prescribed! A regimen , worked out by a BOARD CERTIFIED Cardiologist is the way to go...good luck..hope this helps Dr Z
