It's borderline : You are on the borderline for treatment. It depends on your needs. If your sleep is non restful, maybe CPAP will help. If you still have tonsils removing them may help. You may need to try CPAP first before insurance pays for tonsillectomy. If you have in noticeable over bite an oral appliance may help. It moves the jaw and tongue forward to open airway. I would suggest all options.
