Hard to say: Since we are US based we can only speculate on the quality or availability of send out lab in other countries. Most local health care practitioners would be in a better position to answer the question. How the blood specimen is obtained including type of container and transfer media if needed are very important. Please ask a local provider.

Any symptoms?: Why do you want to do the tests? Do you have any symptoms? Did a doctor advise you to get these tests? If you must, you can send blood, actually serum, to an other country, as long as you follow the postal guidelines about shipping human serum. However, what will you do with the results? It would be better to discuss the matter with a doctor.
