Please rephrase : your question. Are you looking for a possible diagnosis or a medication? Sounds like you may have a low-grade viral infection. If you don't have an NSAID/aspirin allergy, or medication interaction, you could start ibuprofen for fever, headache, body aches. Gently stretch muscles to alleviate stiffness. Go to Emergency Room ASAP if you start experiencing WEAKNESS. Stay in touch.
