Body pain: Can develop a pain syndrome after an injury that affects the body without showing anything on tests. Your GP can help you with a management plan if this is the case. The other possibility is that the pain is coming from somewhere apart from the hip and so the MRI didn't pick it up (referred pain). An examination by a doctor in person may help sort this out for you. All the best.

Reassuring: Normal MRI is reassuring of no cause of concern
You might get pain every now and then after some activity
With major injuries things might never go back to normal and the affected joint would play up with pain and discomfort every now and then, and this the nature of the problem
