Eczema rx: It is important to lubricate the body where dry skin areas erupt. This is periodic. You can use Eucerin cream or other OTC product/ Also. Hydrocortisone ointment 1% 3x'd as needed. If skin erupts more moderately/severely, see your dermatology MD for further care. Sunblock in the sun this Spring/Summer. Welcome to health tap, Dr. Ivy Fisher
