Hello, i have been spotting on and off for the last 3/4 weeks. i have the implanon and my last period before this was august. what's going on?

Implanon: Implanon/Nexplanon are progestin only contraceptives. As with all progesterone only contraceptives abnormal bleeding, bleeding every day, no bleeding at all, or anything in between is a side effect. Your pattern of bleeding described could be entirely normal.
