See your doctor: The causes of these symptoms could be anything from a panic attack to a TIA (mini-stroke). It is very important for you to go to your internist as soon as possible to get to the bottom of this. In the meantime, i think it would be a good idea for you to buy some baby Aspirin at the drugstore and take one a day until your appointment, just to be safe.
