Get a medical checku: Any bowel problem lasting longer than 2 weeks requires medical examination by your doctor. You will need additional tests done to find the cause of your abdominal symptoms. Cancer is unlikely to manifest as loose BM...it usually causes constipation alternating with some diarrhea but constipation is a more frequent symptom.
