It all depends: On what medication you need. Generally if the medication is common and well stocked, it shouldn't take 24 hrs, however some medications can be on a back order if there is a sudden rush of orders for it. For instance during a recent flu outbreak, the antiviral tamiflu was out of stock and patients had to wait till more could be shipped! Some medications may be uncommon and therefore not stocked.
