If your prescription was not otherwise changed, your upward vision should be the same as before. You should be able to read better when looking down but you can expect some blurriness otherwise. Your eyes and brain will take a while to figure out the new lenses and some find it harder than others. If in a couple of weeks you are still having problems you should consult your eye doctor.
