Unlikely : But if sore throat continues see a physician and get a throat swab. Then you will know for sure.

Strep: It is unlikely that you got. Strep from cleaning your toilet. Strep is typically spread by droplets in the air from coughing and such. If you have a fever, nausea, vomiting, prolonged sore throat you should see your doctor.
