?tonsillitis: Assuming she gets tonsillitis with her infections, that is a decision that, along with your dr. And an ENT surgeon, the answer can be made. Chronic infections, with swelling and pain of her throat/tonsils, that can get large enough and inflamed to cause possible swallowing issues and breathing issues, often makes the decision easier to remove them.
