Very unlikely: at age 36 and without risk factors (smoking, high BP, family history, diabetes, high cholesterol) you are at very low risk for coronary blockage. Throw in a normal stress Echo and the fact u have had pain for 9 months without heart attack, chance this is heart is minuscule.
