Diet and exercise: I am sure in between classes you can get up and strecth and do some squats or something and watch what you are munching on and drinking down during the 7 hours. Is your snacks full of trans fat? Your drinks full of artificial sweeteners? Well those would make your butt and thighs bigger! Duh!
