Weight: Your weight can fluctuate from time to time- water intake, exercise, menstrual period, all sorts of things can affect it. Why do you feel you need to gain weight? Unfortunately, just like trying to lose, it won't necessarily go where you want it to. Continue to eat healthy foods and exercise regularly. Don't worry about the scale too much. Just work on being healthy.
