Ihave an allergic reaction giving me averavery irritant rash on my legs and my arms what is the best thing to relieve the itching?

Depends: You may try taking otc antihistamines like claritin, (loratadine) zyrtec or allegra. You may also try 1% Hydrocortisone cream sparingly on your rash. Try to avoid scratching as much as possible. If these measures do not help, seek your doctor's help.
