Too much verapamil: You took the doses 15 hours apart , which means they will not peak together, and though 240 is the max dose of verapamil ER ,it is sometimes given with other medications that increase its area under the curve (AUC), so overall I do not think there is a big risk. To be safe would f/u with doc/ urgent care today and they can do an EKG and insure rhythm is normal. Wait 24 hours before next dose
