When should pregnant women stop traveling by car? i'll be 36 weeks, and we are supposed to go to a wedding 3hrs away and then drive back.

Usually ok: Its best to let your doctor answer this question because he knows your history. In general, in a healthy uncomplicated pregnancy, with no cervical dilation or contractions, its usually ok to make a 3 hour drive in the car at 36 weeks. Get out and walk for a few minutes half-way there. Have an idea where you would go if your water-bag broke as the bride was walking down the isle. Best wishes!
