I've read that women have high rate of car accidents from 2nd trimester. should i not drive then? or is it exaggerated, blaming 'pregnancy brain?' why

Please don't fret so: much. When you read about increased rate of MVA's (which I didn't know about) simply use that info to remind yourself to be an attentive driver. Don't let being pregnant paralyze you from having a normal and full life. Congratulations and be well.
