Head injury: In many cases of head injury I recommend being evaluated to neurologic changes. Even if it has been a day or two, I suggest seeing a neurologist to evaluate for post-concussion signs. There is also an app that can be downloaded to guide in the risk factors, signs, and symptoms of a concussion.
