My husband fell off a ladder today. bruised or broke his toe. has developed suddon pain in the back of his head. feels slightly nausea. should we be worried and what should we do?

Injuries from falls : Falls from ladder can cause significant orthopedic injuries and some injuries are quite serious. If he has midline pain along the spine of his neck it may be important to monitor for feelings of numbness or electric type pain and seek care if this develops. The pain in the back of the head may be from a concussive type of force. It will be important to monitor his awareness

Go to Hospital...!!!: New headache and nausea after a fall may indicate head or neck trauma or internal bleeding in the brain. You need to be seen now in a hospital for immediate evaluation and treatment. You could also have a concussion.
