Can be done if healt: As long as you're healthy, there's no reason why the two vaccinations (boosters) can't be given together. If you are suffering from an illness or flu, see if the pneumonia shot can be given a little later (to avoid confusing symptoms). Of course, if you're allergic (went into shock) from either vaccine before, avoid that 1. But standard practice is to administer both together unless reason not to.
