Need information: The reason these tests were ordered was not stated in the question. Low antibodies to pneumococcus , tetanus and diphtheria suggest a very low immune system . Remicade (infliximab) suppresses the immune system to treat some illnesses. Ask your doctor to provided more information about your illness

Observation: Remicade (infliximab) can have some immune suppressing properties and your physicians might have a lower threshold for treating infections. Let them know of any symptoms that might be due to infection so they can initiate antibiotic treatment appropriately.
