I had bone marrow biopsy and Chromosome- Crytogenics and FISH testing done because of anemia RBC and platelets were low. Platelets restored but RBC did not. My test were all normal. Could I have chronic myeloid leukemia or would it be seen in testing?
Can they do a bone marrow biopsy even if the platelets seem fine but their is signs and symptoms of chronic leukemia?
