Why do i get low blood sugar when i'm on a diet? not diabetic.

You could be: going about dieting in the wrong way. It is best to determine what your optimal daily calorie intake should be and then divide it up into three meals and maybe two snacks. Eat no refined sugars or refined starches. Eat mostly vegetables, some fresh fruits and minimal lean animal protein if desired. This will balance out your blood sugars and avoid highs and lows. Best wishes.
