Doesn't make sense.: Please use HealthTap Prime to upload a copy of the CT scan report so that we can analyze the findings. I assume it is a CT scan of the chest. I suspect there's an error in translation or transcription since an elevated cupola shouldn't be related to basal relaxation (even if we interpret 'relaxation' to mean 'passive atelectasis'). More often it is related to eventration or phrenic nerve paralysis
