No, but...: Generally speaking, HIV-infected people don't walk around with HIV viruses on their hands. However, if a person is a worrier, he should think twice about letting other people massage him... simply to avoid endless worries.

No risk, no worry: In the 30 years of the known worldwide HIV epidemic, there has never been a reported case of the virus being transmitted in this way. Even if the masseuse had HIV and cuts on her hands, nothing to worry about.
