YES: Often called the "terrible Twos" can extend into the 3rd year. Unless his behavior is harmful to himselff or others KEEP CALM ...SET LIMITS (FIRMLY) and when necessary QUIET TIME . (My advice is NOT "medical" ..I am not a Pediatrician rather I have been through this with three great kids...who now have a total of six themselves!) Good Luck the "lovely years" are ahead.
