I am experiencing swelling and pain while walking on the side of my foot navicular area,after a fall last week, xrays are clear, what could it be?

Tendinitis : This is probably tendinitis of posterior tibial tendon you can do range of motion and stretching and antiinflamatories. If it is no better in a week or two you should have it looked at. There is a chance you could have torn the tendon and may need an MRI if it does not improve
