Ikeep on getting buzzing feeling in my pinky toe its more noticeable at night when i walk i dont notice it keeps me awake at night what could cause it?

Probably a nerve: Buzzing typically is related to an irritated nerve, this could be around the toe and irritated from your shoes, it could be from further up your leg or in your back. If it only affects you at night, this could be early signs of neuropathy although you are young to have this so i would look at more local causes like shoes, activity, ect. you can try antiinflamatories or topical pain treatments.
