Likely headache : If it's wave like, meaning it comes and goes then it's less likely something serious. Anxiety is possible but a cluster headache or even migraine is a possibility. It could be from you clenching your teeth at night or maybe from pressure in the sinuses. Neck tension is another big cause which goes hand in hand with tension headaches.
