SOUNDS UNCOMFORTABLE: Might be time to reduce stress and also see your dr. If stress does this talking with a psychotherapist seems right. Meds might help. Over several months meditation will help too. Lots of things can help so find someone who can assist you in making changes. I'd try a good psychotherapist for starters.
