I suffer with anxiety and take citalopram and i've always had this habit of picking at my scalp is this part of anxiety i also pick spots on my face?

CSP stands for: Compulsive Skin Picking is characterised by the continuous picking of the skin to an extent where damage is caused. It is usually the scalp that skin picking starts and later carried out on any part of the body (e.g. face, armpits, etc). It is a part of the Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and can lead to Body Dysmorphic Disorder. Talk to your PCP for more information.
