More info needed: Skin rash is best diagnosed with further history and exam. A picture of the rash can worth a lot. Skin allergies differ in nature, cause and treatment. Localized rashes can be drug eruption or contact dermatitis. If, otherwise health, consider consulting with MD when possible. If rash is spreading or having other concerning symptoms then you might better seek medical attention in person asap.
