I have a rash in between my legs where my vagina is , like in the folds of my legs and it's doesn't itch, it just burns and hurts when i'm wearing underwear it's red and has red dots like bumps but aren't bumpy just little red spots ?

Intertrigo: The rash may be due to a yeast infection from chronic heat and moisture, or be an intertriginous rash from tight clothing, and chronic irritation. Try avoiding very tight clothing and apply an antiyeast ointment. If there is no improvement, consult a dermatologist.
