Full history & exam: You need a complete history and physical exam. Do you have any pain? Do you have any irregular masses? Do you have a fever? Do you have irregular menstrual bleeding? Could you be pregnant? Do you drink alcohol or take drugs? How is your appetite? Have you lost any weight? Have you ever been diagnosed with any illnesses? Please go to a clinic or private drs office for a complete history and exam.
