All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it might have helped had you provided the actual results. Wish you good health!

If you mean TSH (instead of "TCH"), this refers to thyroid, and further intervention is likely needed. Elevated white count is nonspecific and could be associated with many causes.
