I have pots and hr is 80s-110, depending. i get bronchitis and am wondering if albuterol type inhalers are safe for me when i get wheezing sound?

In terms of safety: there should not be any significant difference in a patient with POTS or a normal individual. Albuterol inhalers are associated with an increase in heart rate but if you are well hydrated and not standing when you use them this will not exacerbate your POTS.
