Yes: If you are still coughing & wheezing you are not in control of your asthma& a visit & modification of your treatment is in order.Try to see your pcp as soon as you can get in.

Controllers 4 asthma: Albuterol is a rescue medication and is good for treating the symptoms of asthma, but any time you need it more than twice a week, or any time you are waking up with asthma more than twice a month , you need to be taking a controller medication (inhaled steroid) on a regular basis. This is called the rules of two. So, yes, you definitely need more care for your condition, the sooner the better.
