Should see a doctor : You pretty much have an idea of what you might have based on your description and the medications you use. You should come back to your doctor to be evaluated for uncontrolled asthma and an upper respiratory infection / sinusitis especially when you are pregnant and you have been wheezing and congested for the past 2 weeks.

Call your doctor...: I'm guessing you have underlying asthma, and it sounds that your sinus symptoms may be developing into an asthma exacerbation. You may need a course of steroids to stabilize your asthma at this point. I notice you live near my office, if you have trouble with your asthma control in general or can't get ahold of your doc, feel free to call and make an appt. If you get worse, consider er visit.
