Abd pain: Would consider GI cause possible appendicitis in 18 year old. Also consider colitis but that is usually associated with diarrhea .mucus as well , depdending on location may be gallbladder ( usually upper), or pancreatitis ( mid) or UTI or constipation. F/U today at urgent care / ER due to appendicitis concern
