Cyst?: Could be an ovarian cyst. If there is any chance of pregnancy then you need to take a test and if pregnant go to Emergency to be evaluated for possible ectopic pregnancy. If not pregnant and pain is severe would get evaluated for appendicitis. Any constipation? That can also cause pain in that area. Good luck in finding cause
